I have tried many start and finish programs, and I have experienced, as well as seen in others, the frustration when lack in continuity and appropriate progressions in training lead to disappointment with results and/or injury. I have also seen people give up when a desired 'look' is not attained. I've learned to love lifting for what it allows me to do in the rest of my daily life, for the stamina and energy it provides, and for the overall health benefits.
I pursued my training in order to have the tools to coach myself and others in a fitness lifestyle that builds from the foundation, cycles through stages, supports daily activities, and is sustainable due to its ongoing nature.
I aim to create fitness programming to help you move better, feel better, improve cardiovascular health, and gain strength. I want to empower you to take control of your health and fitness by learning your goals and working with you to provide the tools and resources you need to succeed!
